When to use Priority Intake
Priority Intake is for time-sensitive IT issues that are actively impacting your business. Use this form when:
- A server, network, or critical system is down
- You suspect a ransomware, phishing, or security incident
- Email is not delivering and your team is blocked
- Multiple users cannot access core business applications
- You have a hard deadline (audit, court date, tax filing) and IT is in the way
